Christmas Eve & Christmas Morning
Throwing out reindeer food
All Rachel asked for this year was a Nintendo DS. Curt thought she was too young for it but that was the only thing she asked for. She did say the only other things she might need are clothes and shoes. She was so sure she was getting it that before Christmas even came she would ask if she could buy DS games. We would reply that she didnt have one and she would say "Well I'm getting one for Christmas" When she got up Christmas morning (1st pic) she immediately grabbed the DS bag. She searched and searched through it and was sad for a minute when the DS wasnt in there. She didnt see it sitting a few inches away from her but when she did she was so excited! For the other stuff she got she replied with "Mommy, look at all this other stuff Santa brought me and I didnt even ask for it" She was so sweet. Another great Christmas spent with family and friends.

Thanksgiving in Gatlinburg
Rachel rode go carts for the first time and loved it! We went to Cades Cave, played putt putt, build a bear, shopped, movie night, etc. And of course ate at the Old Mill and got my caramel apple with nuts from Aunt Mahalia's. Curt begged Rachel to go to the aquarium but she replied with "It's just a bunch of fish"
We had a great time!
